As a member of this team, your responsibilities entail communicating with customers from Italy to provide support for account & billing issues of a well-known service, after following a complete training by certified instructors.

Job description:

  • Support Italian customers via incoming calls
  • Provide software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support advisors
  • Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience required:

  • Excellent verbal & written skills in Italian
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Great communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
